Pet Peeves

I like trying new recipes and while the internet is great for uncovering new ideas, my pet peeve is having to scroll all the way to the bottom of a page to get the ingredients and quantities. Why isn't it the first thing I see? I don't want to know the history of your lemon meringue pie. I just want to know if I have the things required to make it. Recipe cards were straight and to the point, lets bring back simplicity.
